2012 Dues Notice
Membership Dues Due by January 31
By now you should have received your 2012 FSOMS statement that is due prior to January 31, 2012. Also, included with your statement you will find information that we currently show in our database. We ask that you review the information and send any changes you may have for our database. There will be a 10% late fee for payments post marked after January 31.
Payment Options:
You may pay your 2012 dues by check or credit card (Amex, MasterCard, Visa).
Non-Deductible Portion of Dues
Dues, contributions or gifts to FSOMS are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities. FSOMS estimates that the non-deductible portion of your 2012 dues the portion that is allocable to lobbying is 22% as indicated in the 2012 budget.
Note: The annual dues shall be due on receipt of the annual statement and will be considered delinquent if not paid by January 31. There will be a 10% late fee for payments post marked after January 31.
